Ok so... market day was pretty awesome and it was a great experience for me as I have never done anything like this before. We had a lot of customers on market day but we didnt make any profit at all because we still have some badges remaining and we have decided to sell the rest of the badges to the students at school and atleast make some profit out of it. :)

So finally tomorrow is market day and we have been successful in getting our product made now all we have to do today is to get our posters and our flyers made, which is not gonna be that stressing.. We have planned out everything the cost, profit and etc now all we gotta do is wait for market day to come and sell our product and be successful in it.

So we are really tensed right now because we were unsuccessful while making the badges.. We tried so many times and read the instructions carefully but we still failed. The Ceo of our company knows someone who can make the badges for us, so all we have to do is to just get the design and the Ceo(mallika) can go to henderson and get the badges made before the deadline(market day).

We have submitted our business plan and we also got the badge parts ordered to us now all we gotta do is try and be successful in making the badges.. We have done some of the designs and we gonna try and make the badges at ILP today :)

So we got not achieved for the business because we didnt hand it in on time but its ok because we got another chance to submit our plan. This session we are gonna work on the business plan and also make the design for the badge...

We presented today and we got good feedback just need to work on finance a it more and we have already ordered the badge parts now we are going to work on the business plan. Each team member has got different jobs which they have to contribute to in the plan. We have to submit our business plan next session.. and all of us are really stressing out because we still havent started doing our plan.... :(

As a group we are working on our presentation which we have to present next session and we are really stressing out because we still havent started working on our business plan. :( So we have already got the permission from mission heights junior college to borrow the badge maker now all we have to do now is to order the badge parts :P

Day 4

The Ceo of our company called the company who sells the badge parts and they gave a discount so all the members in the group have to pay 28 dollars to buy the badge parts. We gave the money to the Ceo and she is gonna order the badge parts and as for the badge maker we are going to contact mission heights junior college and ask them if we can borrow the badge maker. Todays session we have to come up with our vision and the company name.. We came up with a lot of names and we chose one that made so our company is called BADGES 4 U.. This session we achieved a lot of things next session we are aiming to start asking people what they want on the badges.

We conducted a survey and found out that a lot of the students wanted to buy the badges and our team was also trained in making the badges... This session our team is going to research about our target market, our competition, where we gonna get the badge parts from and much it's going to cost us.

We found out that we are aiming to sell the product to teenagers and primary students, We found out that a company thats located in australia and they sell the cheapest badge parts we r going to contatct them and find out more information in the next business session. :)

Our group came up with two ideas for the market day. We are either going to do do henna design or make badges. If the idea of the badges don't work out then we are gonna do the henna designs.
For the badges we need to do order them and so that means it's going to cost us more.

We still haven't started brain storming. We have to come up with a product as soon as possible or else we'll be left behind. My goal for today's session is to start working harder and not to muck around. :)
